Dec. 19, 1961 - Actor Anthony Franciosa (pictured) and Judith R. Balaban Kanter obtained a marriage license at New York’s Municipal Building today. Mrs. Kanter is the daughter of Barney Balaban, president of Paramount Pictures. The wedding will take place New Year’s Eve in the Versailles Room of the St. Regis Hotel, a spokesman said.
