July 29, 1962 - The Kennedys gathered at nearly full strength in the family’s summer enclave in Hyannis Port, Mass., this weekend to celebrate First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy’s 33rd birthday. Counting the President’s parents, brothers Bobby and Teddy, sisters-in-law Ethel and Joan, sisters Jean, Eunice, and Pat, brothers-in-law Steve Smith, Sargent Shriver (Peter Lawford was absent), and all the kids, there were 33 to feed. That is a lot of lobster.
