Apr. 2, 1962 - “All Fall Down,” an MGM production based on the novel by James Leo Herlihy, will open April 11 at New York’s Loew’s State. Eva Marie Saint, Warren Beatty (pictured right), Karl Malden, Angela Lansbury, and Brandon deWilde head the cast of the John Houseman production. The William Inge screenplay was directed by John Frankenheimer. Ralph (Malden) and Annabell Willart (Lansbury) are constantly bickering over their good-for-nothing son Berry-Berry (Beatty). When Berry-Berry begins yet another meaningless love affair, this time with an older woman (Eva Marie Saint), he really gets his parents at each other’s throats.
