Jan. 22, 1963 - The Milwaukee Braves, who ended a 9-year holdout against television last season, announced plans yesterday to telecast 25 games, including 5 at home, in 1963. Board Chairman William Bartholomay said the games would be telecast “on an experimental basis.” Up until last season, the Braves had not televised any games since moving to Milwaukee in 1953. Last year, 15 road contests were put on TV.
