It was directed by Delmer Daves and stars Suzanne Pleshette (left), Rossano Brazzi (right), Troy Donahue, and Angie Dickinson. Under fire for giving a student her copy of a romance novel, Prudence (Pleshette) resigns from her teaching position and sails for Italy.
