Aug. 11, 1961 - Columbia's "Scream of Fear," starring Susan Strasberg, Ronald Lewis, and Ann Todd, is scheduled to open on Aug. 22 at New York's Fine Arts Theatre. The British-made melodrama, photographed on the French Riviera, is a Hammer Film Production. A wheelchair-bound young woman (Strasberg) returns to her father's estate after 10 years, and although told he is away, keeps seeing his dead body on the estate.
