June 29, 1962 - Lee Remick and James Garner have been signed to co-star in “The Wheeler Dealers,” which Martin Ransohoff will produce next February for MGM release. The story deals with a big-time Texas wheeler-dealer (who's actually Ivy league-educated, but plays dumb) who runs out of money and goes to New York City to raise $1.5 million.
