Sept. 26, 1961 - President Kennedy became an uncle again today. A son was born at St. Elizabeth's Hospital to Mrs. Joan Kennedy (pictured), wife of Edward M. Kennedy, the President's youngest brother. The baby is the couple's second child. They have a daughter, Kara, 18 months. The father was not in the hospital when the baby was born before dawn. Mrs. Kennedy was quoted as telling a doctor in attendance: "Ted is a very heavy sleeper. It may be difficult to reach my husband." The President's youngest brother is an Assistant D.A. in Suffolk County. His wife is the former Joan Bennett of Bronxville, N.Y.
