Feb. 13, 1962 - Don Everly, 25-year-old recording star, and actress Venitia Stevenson were married today in North Chapel at the Naval Training Center in San Diego, California. Phil Everly, who sings with his brother, was best man. The brothers completed basic training today at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego. It was Miss Stevenson’s second marriage, Mr. Everly’s first.
