Apr. 3, 1962 - The engagement of Sarah Churchill, actress and daughter of Sir Winston and Lady Churchill, to Lord Audley was announced today. The announcement, from Lord Audley’s London home, said the wedding would take place shortly. Both Lord Audley, who is 48 years old, and Miss Churchill, 47, have been married before. Miss Churchill’s first marriage to Vic Oliver, comedian and musician, was dissolved in 1945. In 1949 she married Anthony Beauchamp, society photographer, who died in 1957. Lord Audley, an artist and designer, married the former June de Trafford in 1952. The marriage was dissolved in 1958.
