Theater: “The Passion of Josef D.” with Peter Falk and Luther Adler

Oct. 14, 1963 - Luther Adler has been signed to portray Vladimir Lenin in Paddy Chayefsky’s new drama, “The Passion of Josef D.,” which will open in New York in late January. He will be co-starred with Peter Falk (pictured), who will be seen as Joseph Stalin, the focus of the play. The work will depict the life of the late Soviet dictator.
