Dec. 23, 1963 - Tonight on “The Outer Limits,” tycoon John Dexter (Ralph Meeker) spears a dolphin-like sea creature in the Caribbean. It appears to be dead, but on shore it comes to life and begins to make shrill, whistling sounds. These sounds have a pattern which can be decoded. 7:30 p.m. on ABC.
